Dispatch and delivery
Your order will be processed and dispatched within two working days of being placed. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery by Australia Post across Australia.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you are most welcome to return it, using Australia Post, to Ecosilk Bags – 159 McClelland Rd, Barkers Vale, NSW 2474. Returns must be made within 14 days (excluding posting time) from the date of receiving your order. On receiving your order we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding freight. If you would like to exchange a bag for a different colour, as it wasn’t exactly what you wanted, we will happily do a swap for you. If returning items from outside Australia, please write ‘return of goods for exchange or warranty’ on the customs form.
If your bag is faulty – as in the stitching is coming undone within a month or so of receiving it – please let us know by phone or email. We will replace your bag or give you a total refund, whichever you prefer. We also offer a mending service on stitching for any aged bag, as the stitching may wear out on the handles before the bag does.
