How long will it take to get my order if I place it today?
Orders are processed and dispatched within two days of receiving them. The warehouse is located in Northern NSW, so generally NSW and QLD orders take two days in the post, VIC takes 3 days, SA and NT takes 4 days, WA takes 5 days. Please make a note on your order if it is urgent, and we can organise a quicker delivery.
How many bags do I need if I am doing a weekly shop for a family of four?
A six pack of Ecosilk shopping bags should be enough – but make sure you fill them up – they will carry whatever you can put in them.
I don’t like the colour of the bag I have received – can I exchange it for a different colour?
Yes, you are most welcome to exchange it – please see Terms & Conditions for more information.
The colour I want is out of stock – when will it be available again?
We try to have out of stock colours replaced within a six month period, but this can extend to longer waiting times when sales are slow. Please let us know if you have a colour request – this helps us to speed things up where possible. We can also put you on a waiting list and let you know when the colour is back in stock.
What happens if I receive my order and it has a fault?
Please let us know immediately and we will give you a full refund or send you a replacement with a return envelope for you to post back the faulty bag.
